What is First To Last Health Services Solutions, Inc?

F2L Health is the evolution of the work of Jonnathan Busko who, for the last 25 years, has been caring for patients and striving to make patient care better.

  • 2000: Emergency Medical Resource Consulting International, Inc (EMRCI) is founded to provide emergency medical services educational services.
  • 2003-2010: EMRCI broadens its scope to include general medical education, expert witnessing and asynchronous online education.
  • 2010: After a decade of emergency medicine practice and medical oversight of several EMS agencies, Jonnathan begins to explore the areas of risk, error, and personal/professional/corporate survival.  Human factors analysis, behavioral psychology, and behavioral economics help him to understand illogical behaviors and actions; that is, errors.
  • 2010-2016:  After completing graduate coursework in management, accounting and finance, it became clear to Jonnathan that many medical institutions have  failed to find the balance between fiscal performance and clinical performance.  15 years after Virginia Mason’s integration of the Toyota Production System (Lean) into medical administration, the impacts of inefficiency, skill-task mismatch, and a chaotic and every-changing reimbursement environment are evident throughout medicine.  Therefore, Jonnathan looked to form a partnership with a company that would provide solid financial and health IT support services to compliment his consulting and educational work.
  • 2017:  Jonnathan forms an alliance with Sun Knowledge/ GoTelecare, a health IT company and builds First To Last Health Services Solutions, Inc, as the vehicle to bring together the various services and resources that healthcare providers and organizations need for success.
